All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are provided to us by the shipping companies; occasionally parcels can be delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and use your tracking number to follow your order’s progress before contacting us.
We only collect the basic details required to process your order.
USA – Canada – Mexico
Orders in the USA (including Hawai, Alaska and Puerto Rico) as well as orders to Canada and Mexico are sent from our distribution center in Tennessee.
USPS Priority tracked: Expected delivery time 2 – 4 working days
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS priority , expected delvery time: 5 – 10 working days
Expected delivery time for Canadian orders: 5-10 working days
Expected delivery time for Mexican orders – Can take up to 30 days due to local customs and postal services
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next day.
Parcels in the UK are sent by Royal Mail tracked from our depot in England.
Royal Mail Tracked: 2 – 5 working days
Parcels going to Europe are sent by Royal Mail tracked from our depot in England.
Royal Mail Tracked: 5 – 7 working days
Courier: 2 – 4 days
the rest of the world:
Parcels going outside of the USA, UK and Europe will be sent from our depot in England by Royal Mail international tracked airmail.
Expected delivery time: 5 – 15 working days.
Please note: South American orders can take up to 30 days to arrive due to local customs and postal services.
DHL Express – Expected delivery time 2- 6 working days.
Please note: International orders can be delayed or held up in customs. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.
We regularly send to all parts of the world. If you live in a country that has a local postal service then we can send to you. If you’re still unsure then contact our customer support.
Returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Just contact our customer support within 7 business days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address for returns. Please note that for returns to be accepted the product seal must be intact. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed, refund will be processed minus a shipping and handling fees.
